More on binaryDecode + latest news on orqbge

I tried playing with this in the message box, and I'm having the same 
problem. It looks to me like anytime you grab less than one byte (i.e. 7 bits 
or less), the remainder of that byte is not returned.

Here's one workaround:

put char 2 of mp3Header into secondByte
get binaryDecode("b*", secondByte, x)
put char 1 to 3 of x into sss
put char 4 to 5 of x into bb
put char 6 to 7 of x into cc
put char 8 of x into d
