Hey Monte

I am screaming with joy right now!  The first line was wrong.  I admit 
that I was messing around with that and screwed it up.
It is really funny when you think about it.  Everyone here has written 
an app that is more complex than this basic .cgi example.  Yet...for 
some reason, seeing the computer write back "Hello World" on my browser 
just makes me laugh.
