Where to put externals and stacks in OS X bundles?

I don't know about externals, but I have stacks in the MacOS folder
along with the Revolution file that is the actual app. The icons are in
the Resources folder. I guess for externals, it doesn't really matter
where you put them so long as you know where they are so you can point
your app towards them, so a separate folder seems a neat arrangement.
