Dialogs in library organization

I agree, it's OK to put dialogs as substacks of libraries...I do it all the
time. If you're concerned about dialog 'look and feel', then create a
separate dialog library with it's own setting. Just make sure you inform
your users that your librarie(s) are dependant upon a separate GUI dialog
library stack.

Now, users can edit the look and feel of the single GUI dialog library stack
and it will be reflected in all of your library stacks.
