Set browser "helper" app

Safari.app doesn't seem to have helper apps in the usual browser sense. 
I think it relies on Launch Services (like Finder) to decide how to 
"open" a file.

FWIW, in my experience, the ".rev" filetype is almost impossible to get 
configured to launch Revolution consistently on OS X. Because The 
runrev Distribution builder has been putting ".rev" as the document 
type for *everyone's* standalone applications. Monte says that's 
getting fixed in the next release of Runrev. But there will still be 
lots of standalone apps out there with ".rev" as their document type.

If you are trying to get a file to download instead of being displayed 
in the browser, that has been covered on this list many times so check 
the archives :-)
