Set browser "helper" app

Devin,
I don't know how but downloading is automatic html.
I am sure what you want to know is how to set a downloaded
stack/standalone to launch? I tried to search the Rev list but found
too many non related things. Probably better to search the Web instead.
If I find any thing I will send it to you.
