My ISP doesn't accept "Client CGI" = No RR CGI ;-<

I asked about the Unix flavor my ISP uses, and I am answered that he
doesn't accept "Client CGI" -- in fact subscribers are only allowed to
run PHP scripts (and maybe Perl scripts)...

I am asking in french groups if there is an ISP here in France that
accepts to do that...

For those who run such RR CGI: do you have your personal server, or is
it placed on a ISP server?
