That format is useless IMHO. 3000+ pages, and it's the *Transcript 
Dictionary only*

missing: By Category, Welcome, Recommendations, Tutorials, Cookbook, 
Troubleshooting, What's New, etc. all the other content in the IDE 
hypertext docs.
