empty multiple fields

sure:
repeat with x = 1 to the number of flds
put empty into fld x
end repeat
or, if they're all named similarly, like "DataHolder_1" through
"DataHolder_5", you can do:
repeat with x = 1 to the number of flds
put empyt into fld ("DataHolder_" & x)
end repeat
