Changing image color

Is there a way to change the color (RGB) of an image in RunRev? Not a
graphic, but an imported gif, jpeg, png, etc. I have looked at some of the
'painting' methods, but that will not work (it would be nice to be able to
use all of those ink methods though)...I think I need to actually change the
bits in the imagedata, but maybe there is an existing way to do this?
