I looked again. The second 'Help' menu has the items which are supposed to
be in my 'HH Windows' menu (which isn't there) _underneath_ the Baloons and
other stuff that is in the regular OS Help menu.

What the??? How did _that_ happen?

This makes no sense at all.

Even _more_ frustrating.
