Building apps for iOS 7?

My last successful build was about 6 months ago and like you say I should just be able to go back to LC 6.6.5 or a bit earlier and a previous version of Xcode, but whatever combo I go with I get a 'red light' in LC's mobile settings pane. Perhaps it's a prefs file issue.
