Stream Video in LC Player

I’m playing audio off a server in a player. I noticed just today that this file will only play the first 10 seconds or so and always stop in LC 6.1.3 (uses QT) but play properly in Safari:

Plays correctly in LC 6.7 (uses LC player on my Yosemite Mac).
